We had a fantastic stay at Ad Hoc Domus. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from Termini station, restaurants, and the Coliseum. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and good mattress. We also appreciated the free coffee from Nespresso in the morning. The staff was helpful and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in. We were also pleased to find electrical scooters and bicycles available for rent nearby, making it easy to explore the city. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

There were a few minor downsides to our stay. the bathroom was located outside of our room, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location was perfect: within reasonable walking distance from the main sights and close to a subway station.

The safe in the room did not work. I mentioned to the staff about it but it was not fixed during my several days' stay there. The breakfast was very modest; just a cup of coffee or capuccino in the bar next door.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were cleaned every day - they even put our shoes in the closet! And the view to the backyard was also very nice:)

We had a great stay at a centrally located B&B near Termini station. Ad Hoc Domus Bed & Breakfast provided free Nespresso coffee and the staff was helpful, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in. The nearby availability of electric scooters and bicycles made getting around easy. Sofia, one of the staff members, may not speak much English, but she was welcoming and explained everything we needed to know, including breakfast and key timings. The room and bathroom were clean, and the amenities provided were a nice touch. a genuine and convenient experience.

Clean, tidy rooms, near to metro station.

There was a confusion on the hotel side with the location of the room. We had to move back and forth for 2 hours.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the underground station and in the heart of the city. It made it very convenient for exploring all the attractions. the room was spacious and had plenty of storage space, making it easy to keep everything organized. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns.

The shower pressure was a bit low, which made it a little difficult to fully relax and enjoy a refreshing shower.

The B&B is close to Metro which is convenient to visit the city.

The hotel had a lovely classic decor with comfortable seating areas that were perfect for senior guests to relax and chat. The hallways were also wide and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking cane.

I would have loved to see more assistance from the children working there in terms of providing extra support or guidance for senior guests.

Breakfast was simple but tasty, served from 8-10am.

Convenient location - metro station nearby, grocery store within walking distance. Internet café next door. Clean and functional room - had mini fridge, safety deposit box, TV, and air conditioning.Communication with staff was excellent.

Poorly thought out room - no place to hang towels after use. Inadequate air conditioning - no control in room, uncomfortable at night for rooms facing the afternoon sun.

I like its location and room decoration, It's price was really worth it.
